A fantastic opportunity for people working in the mental health and health promotion sector to network and hear the latest research on how eating well and spending time in nature can promote and maintain good mental health.

Keynote address: “Food for Thought: how what you eat is linked to how you feel” Presented by Dr Tetyana Rocks, Fernwood Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Food and Mood Centre, Deakin University

to be followed by a panel session to discuss local opportunities to integrate this research, facilitated by local psychologist Jacqui White. Panel includes Dr Tetyana Rocks, Kate Falconer (Senior Dietitian, BHS) and Michael Struth (Senior Manager Mental Health, WVPHN)
