Small Grant Wyndham



Mental Health Foundation of Australia (MHFA) is committed to promoting better youth mental health and wellbeing in the Wyndham City. The foundation is aiming to empower communities to identify and respond to the needs of young people, reduce isolation and misuse of harmful substances, and promote inclusiveness, resilience, and coherence amongst the many communities that make up the Wyndham City.


The Foundation is providing small grants from $500 - $5,000 to individuals and community organisations aiming to educate, support and promote youth mental health in Wyndham. We believe that through collaborative work, we would be able to have better outcomes in the Wyndham City.


Eligibility Criteria

· To be eligible to apply for the funding, applicant organization/individual must be located within the City of Wyndham where the projects/activities must take place.

· The funded organization must provide plans for activities/programs that promote inclusiveness and participation of the young people and create opportunities to improve their mental health through supervised activities/programs.

Key Dates

Applications open on the 1st November of 2019 at 9.00am.

Applications closes on the 15th December of 2019 at 6.00pm.

Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application by 13th January 2020.

Activities must start after the 1st February 2020.

Activities must be completed by the 31st October 2020. Applicants will receive a notification via email with the outcomes of their applications by the 13th January 2020.
