Are you distressed by "Hearing voices" or do you support someone who is?

The Hearing Voices Approach is the peer-led recovery model for people who hear voices, seeing visions, sensing things and having beliefs that others may find unusual.

Many people hear voices and find them helpful, sacred or just a normal part of life. Some people find voices confusing or frightening and seek help to cope. This can often result in a diagnosis of schizophrenia or another mental health diagnosis.  This peer-led support group is to provide tools to assist people to alleviate the distress associated with voices and other experiences and work towards a meaningful life.

WHEN: 4th Monday of every month, 4:30pm - 6:00pm
