Bipolar Support Group

About the support group

Support groups are great way to offer help to people with bipolar disorder.

The groups offer a confidential environment with no scrutiny or judgement.

The Bipolar support group meetings connect people living with bipolar disorder. Members share the type of insights that can only come from personal lived experience of having bipolar disorder.

Group members gain strength and support from each other. They learn new ways of coping through shared feelings, knowledge, information, and ideas. You will rarely see the group surprised or shocked by another member’s story.
